Sneaker Depot may amend the Terms from time to time without notice to you

Purchasing

Depending on availability, purchases may be made directly through Sneaker Depot. Immediately after an order has been submitted, an automated sales invoice will be forwarded to the email provided to us during the order process. This sales invoice should be retained for any future references. Without this receipt, we would not be able to validate your purchase, and accordingly, will not be able to proceed with any requests.


Product Availability

All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. Title to any products you order on this website, and its associated risk of loss, damage or return (due to failure of receipt of by customer) of the product, PASSES TO YOU at the point of shipment of the products with our shipping agent. We are no longer responsible for compensation, refunds or replacements after this point in time,


Pricing and Payment Options

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled within 48 hours of our attempt to communicate with you.
Prices displayed on the Sneaker Depot website are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise specified. Sneaker Depot accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Our charges are based on Cash On Delivery

Once payment is confirmed cleared, your order will be processed shortly after.


Sales Tax and Custom & Duties

We do not charge federal, state, local or county taxes on online transactions; however, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper payments as required by applicable laws.
Therefore, please note that your on-screen transaction total “does not” reflect estimated tax. The actual sales tax should be calculated by you when your order is shipped. The customer is also responsible for all customs and duties at the point of entry into the country of destination.


Shipping and Delivery

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to five BUSINESS days to process your order for shipment, in addition up to approximately fourteen BUSINESS days for delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Sneaker Depot cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Sneaker Depot WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation may be requested by the customer approximately three to four business days after submitting an order. In addition, we will email a sales invoice immediately after an order is placed for confirmation that your purchase had been accepted for processing.

To ensure the security of your delivery, we are unable to provide you with details on our communications with our shipping agents. However, we do provide tracking numbers upon request, and maintain tracking numbers for each delivery. At times, there may be an error in providing this information to customers. As this information is provided to us by our shipping agents, customers may submit another request for further clarification. We are not liable and/or responsible for any losses or damages that may arise given such an occurrence. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, we will be pleased to assist you via email.

Shipping costs are weight based.

Refund and Exchanges

Sneaker Depot wants to ensure your continued satisfaction. For Sneaker Depot online purchases, we are able to accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice.

Return Policy

In order to perform your best, your athletic products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for orders returned from Canada.

Please Note:

Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order.
Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
We cannot accept COD returns.


UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund or exchange may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:

Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed

Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture

Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer)

Merchandise does not fit (i.e. after processing of next half-size)

Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer

Damaged merchandise incurred during the course of delivery (refer to Product Availability)

Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential problems. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.


Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.
